Service Description
Set up for the weekend with a Friday morning yoga class in Bitterne, Southampton. This mixed level class is perfect for experienced yogis, those that are brand new to yoga, or returning after a break. We will build a strong foundation of basic poses and then look to build on those with different options and choices. We will include breathing exercises and explore meditation techniques. Join me weekly and work towards improved flexibility, strength, and mental clarity.
